Aim of the course: Each participant ets professional instruction in building a solar cooker. We work with the same material and devices that get used in already existing workshops in Third World countries. The gained know-how will enable to each other students how to build a solar cooker.

Paricipants can be max. 6 pupils. In case there are only 2 bookings the course won’t take place.

Duration of the workshop: 5 working days, Monday to Thursday from 9.00 – 16.00 o’clock; Friday from 9.00 - about 12.00 o'clock. Do not forget to bring paper, pen and working clothes.

Costs: Each participant has to pay € 300,00 . This amount includes all costs for materials for one complete solar cooker as well as assembly instructions and technical drawings. The pupil can keep the solar cooker that he built. In case he wants the cooker be sent to some address we have charge for packing and transport.

Travelling and accomodation have to be planned and sorted out by the student himself. We can offer you a list of hotels and bed and breakfast-houses in Altötting.

Booking by  Workshop-Announcement (click to see the fill-in-form) has to be done latest four weeks before the course starts and the full course fee has to be paid in advance. In case the course does not take place we will refund the full amount.
